Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead an Arby’s restaurant in Bristol, TN. You will own daily operations, financial results, staffing, and guest satisfaction, ensuring high standards in food quality, safety, and service.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can build a dependable team, coach performance, and sustain high operational performance across drive-thru and dining areas. Strong leadership and guest-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant management experience, preferably quick-service/fast-food.
• General Manager or Assistant GM experience preferred.
• Experience leading a high-volume drive-thru restaurant.
• Experience recruiting, training, coaching, and developing employees and managers.
• Strong understanding of labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and cash controls.
• Experience managing P&L and acting on financial results.
• Strong leadership, communication, delegation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to maintain composure and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to guest service, food safety, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations with high standards for quality, cleanliness, safety, service, and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain team members and managers.
• Build a positive, accountable work environment focused on teamwork and performance.
• Create accurate sales projections and employee schedules.
• Manage restaurant financial performance including sales, labor, food cost, cash controls, inventory and profitability.
• Review performance and implement action plans to improve results.
• Establish clear performance expectations and accountability for standards.
• Develop Assistant Managers and high-potential employees for future leadership.
• Ensure proper execution of company systems, policies, procedures and standards.
• Maintain staffing levels and prepare for peak periods.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, laws, and regulations.
• Collaborate with Area Supervisor to set goals and drive performance.
