Responsibilities
- Responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Works with leaders to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them.
- Leads a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals and providing coaching.
- Hires and develops Department and Shift Managers for future leadership.
Skills
General Manager experience running high-volume locations
A background in quick service restaurants
Experience in hospitality or retail
Proven track record of coaching and developing staff
Excellent Communication Skills
Education
