You will oversee a team of Department Managers, drive Quality, Service and Cleanliness, and partner with leaders to meet ambitious goals while developing future restaurant leaders.

Qualifications

• Previous GM experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Background in quick service, hospitality, or retail preferred.
• Strong leadership and people development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant while upholding Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.
• Lead Department Managers and coach teams to achieve goals.
• Hire and develop shift and department leaders for future growth.
