Job summary

RC Management, LLC is hiring experienced McDonald’s General Managers to lead high-volume Maine restaurants. The starting salary is around $60,000+ and will be determined by experience, qualifications, and performance.

Ideal candidates have GM experience in quick-service or hospitality/retail and will coach Department Managers to achieve goals while building a strong team for future success.

Qualifications

• GM experience in quick-service environments is preferred.
• Leadership of multiple restaurant departments.
• Hospitality or retail leadership a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.
• Lead Department Managers focused on People, Kitchen and Guest Services.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers for future leadership.
