Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management in a high-volume setting.
• Proven ability to train and develop staff.
• Strong focus on hospitality and guest service.
• Ability to coach and lead teams effectively.
• Able to work 50 hours per week and handle physical tasks.
• Must maintain ServSafe standards.
