You will drive profitability, oversee full bar launch, and lead guest experiences across both venue and kitchen spaces. The role requires 5+ years of high-volume hospitality leadership, a proven bar operation track record, and strong financial acumen to guide growth and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-volume hospitality management with full P&L accountability.
• Proven track record running full bar operations, cocktail menus, pour cost, and liquor compliance.
• History of business turnarounds, operational fixes, or growth plans with clear metrics.
• Strong financial acumen with hospitality metrics, labor forecasting, and inventory control.
• Hands-on leadership with a strong venue-floor presence during peak hours.
• California RBS certification and Food Handler card (or ability to obtain immediately).

Responsibilities

• Oversee full P&L and financial performance across venue and commercial kitchen operations.
• Lead the operational turnaround plan for peak season profitability and off-season stability.
• Spearhead the launch of full bar service, including cocktail menu development and staff training.
• Direct daily floor operations, ensuring guest experience, brand standards, and cleanliness.
• Hire, train, and manage leadership roles to build an internal talent pipeline.
• Implement operational discipline and weekly metrics to manage labor and pour costs.
• Partner with lease tenants to enforce agreements and maximize tenant success.
• Maintain regulatory compliance across health, fire, safety, and ABC standards.
