Domino's is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations and drive performance. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and building a strong team of associates.

You will oversee all daily activities, ensure compliance, and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability. The ideal candidate has prior management experience in quick-service restaurants, solid leadership skills, and a commitment to high standards of operation.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, & conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
