You will own branch P&L, guide a high-performing team, manage budgets and forecasting, ensure safety, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across construction, installation, and service markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management experience or 15+ years of progressive experience in the door industry.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree in business management, construction, or related field preferred.
• Full P&L management experience; valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team focusing on safety and engagement.
• Drive revenue growth by expanding construction, installation, and service markets.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and operational goals.
• Own branch P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, resources, and timely completion of customer projects.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and resolve escalated issues.
• Manage inventory, shipping, receiving, and warranty procedures.
• Champion workplace safety and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
