Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking an Operations Manager for the Newington, CT door shop build and launch. You will lead an integrated team to stand up a high-speed operation adjacent to an existing site, hire ~100 employees, and drive safety, quality and efficiency across the scope of work.

The role partners with operations, sales and supply chain to deliver on financial and service objectives and to ensure a successful start-up, ramp, and stabilization of the new facility.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in manufacturing or distribution operations.
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience leading large operational teams in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
