  • Drive revenue growth by expanding opportunities across new construction, installation, and service markets.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and operational goals.
  • Own branch financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
  • Oversee daily operations for efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and project completion.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve escalated issues.
  • Manage inventory processes, ensure accuracy, and optimize shipping, receiving, and warranty procedures.
  • Champion workplace safety and ensure policy compliance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and performance.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Foster clear communication through meetings, coaching, and engagement initiatives.
  • Support company programs, strategic initiatives, and best practices.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

The position requires regular sitting, standing, walking, and reaching, with occasional climbing or balancing. Employees must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds; items 50 pounds and more require a team lift or mechanical assistance. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
