Formación

• Minimum of 5 years in a General Manager, Regional Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing a P&L, driving sales growth, and optimizing operations.
• Ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding service and fostering customer loyalty.
• Ability to implement and improve systems for efficiency and scalability.
