Jersey Mike's Sub shop in Edison, NJ is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy Jersey Mike's store on a full-time basis. You will drive store sales, ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction while managing staff and daily operations.

The GM will handle scheduling, inventory, payroll, and employee development to maintain a positive store culture and strong profitability, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of QSR experience required.
• Serve Safe Certification is required.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 40 lbs.
• Willingness to work at least 48 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations including sales, service quality and customer satisfaction.
