Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years QSR experience preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations including sales, volume, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee quality of service and profit margins.
• Create and manage employee schedules and inventory orders.
• Lead employee training and set strong example in performance.
• Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions.
