Freebirds World Burrito in Allen, TX seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and maximize profitability. You will oversee the management team and ensure brand standards are consistently executed across the restaurant.

As a hands-on leader, you will coach staff, uphold food safety, and create a culture of teamwork that delivers exceptional hospitality and a welcoming guest experience.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years current experience in a casual restaurant.
• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong leadership, team development and conflict resolution with excellent communication.
• Ability to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment.
• ServeSafe certification preferred (training may be provided).
