85°C Bakery Cafe in Windcrest, TX is seeking a General Manager to own the store’s success — from sales and profitability to team leadership and guest experience. You will build and develop a high-performing team, manage the business end to end, and serve as the bridge between your store and our corporate team.

This full-time role requires 2+ years in restaurant management, a HS diploma (AA preferred), and strong leadership with P&L and scheduling skills.

Qualifications

The Role

Compensation

Details

• Base Pay $57,000 year, based on experience
• Performance Bonus Eligible for our team performance bonus, paid monthly
• Earned On Store sales, profitability, labor management, food-safety audits, and customer satisfaction
• Total Target Comp $[__] – $[__] per year, including bonus potential
