FGG Spa, LLC is seeking a high-impact General Manager to lead Glen Mills operations, drive guest experiences, and maximize revenue across spa services, memberships, and retail. You will own the spa's performance, manage staffing, and foster a culture of accountability and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in retail or service operations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and improve team performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a people-first approach.
• Experience with KPIs and performance metrics in a multi-unit environment.
• Profit and loss management experience preferred.

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa - GLEN MILLS ( 301 Byers Dr Suite 5, Glen Mills, PA 19342) is seeking a high-impact, performance-driven General Manager to lead both the team and the business.

This role is ideal for a people-first, servant leader who can build a strong culture, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive sales, revenue, and profitability. You'll own spa performance while developing a team that consistently delivers results.

Lead the Business

• Spa operations and overall performance
• Sales growth, membership performance, and profitability
• Key metrics, reporting, and P&L ownership

Build the Team

• Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team
• Lead, coach, and develop your team with a people-first mindset
• Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and service excellence
• Ensure a World Class Client experience (WCCE) across all touchpoints

Drive the Results

• Increase revenue through memberships, service utilization, and retail performance
• Use reporting and data to identify opportunities and improve results
• Optimize scheduling and staffing to support both service and business needs
• Execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives

What We're Looking For
