A&R Hospitality LLC is seeking a General Manager for Hotel Indigo Baton Rouge Downtown, a 93‑room full‑service boutique hotel in historic downtown Baton Rouge. You will drive every department, deliver a neighborhood‑inspired guest experience, and lead strategy to grow RevPAR and market share.

This on‑site role requires hands‑on leadership, strong financial discipline and close collaboration with ownership and corporate leadership to maintain IHG standards and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• 5–7+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience.
• Prior General Manager or senior leadership experience in a full‑service hotel.
• Strong knowledge of Rooms, F&B, Sales, Catering and multi‑department hotel operations.
• Proven success managing complex P&Ls, budgets and hotel teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all hotel operations with full accountability for performance and culture.
• Develop and own the annual Business Plan and capital planning.
• Align hotel strategy with brand standards and ownership expectations.
• Drive revenue, pricing strategy and market share across all segments.
• Oversee King Bar & Bistro and support guest experience in a neighborhood‑inspired setting.
