A&R Hospitality is seeking a seasoned Hotel General Manager to lead Hotel Indigo Baton Rouge Downtown, a 93-room full-service boutique property in historic downtown Baton Rouge, LA. You will drive profitability, culture, and guest experience with strong P&L ownership and brand alignment with IHG.

The role requires hands-on leadership across Rooms, F&B, Sales and Catering, with accountability for budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning in a high-visibility market near government and LSU

• 5–7+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the senior on-property executive with full accountability for hotel performance, operations and culture.
• Develop, carry out and own the annual Business Plan, including revenue strategy, operating objectives and capital planning.
• Align hotel strategy with A&R Hospitality goals, IHG brand standards and ownership expectations.
• Report property performance, risks and opportunities to corporate leadership, ownership and asset management.
• Direct all Rooms Division operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering and Guest Services.
• Provide executive oversight of King Bar & Bistro, including the restaurant, bar, kitchen, room service and catering
• Champion exceptional guest service and deliver the neighborhood-inspired Hotel Indigo guest experience
• Lead, coach and develop the Executive Committee and department heads.
• Oversee engineering operations and preventive maintenance programs.
• Protect and enhance a historic 1922 building to preserve its character
• Maintain safety, security and loss prevention standards for guests and assets.
