  • Analyze business performance, customer behavior, product trends, pricing, promotions, competition, and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Use company systems and reporting tools to make informed, data-driven business decisions.
  • Establish action plans and hold the team accountable for achieving business goals.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Oversee safety, environmental, fuel, foodservice, age-restricted sales, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure required inspections, training, documentation, and corrective actions are completed.
  • Lead the location's response to emergencies, accidents, security incidents, severe weather, equipment failures, and other business disruptions.

  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to all levels of the organization.

  • Must successfully pass a pre‑employment drug/alcohol screening and background investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain alcohol server certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Native American preference will be given.
