Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of management experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Proven success managing sales, profitability, labor, inventory and operations.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to generate measurable improvements in business performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability through strategies to increase sales, transactions, average basket, loyalty.
• Lead daily operations for the convenience store, fuel, foodservice, and other services.
• Build and develop a high-performing team, recruit and coach staff.
• Protect the business with inventory controls, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Ensure safety, compliance with laws and regulations, and proper documentation.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with consistent service standards.
• Lead continuous improvement and partner with vendors and support teams.
