Job summary

OMAKAI sushi Fulton LLC in Chicago is seeking an exceptional General Manager with at least five years of restaurant experience, including two years in GM/AGM roles. You will lead the entire restaurant, drive results against key metrics, own staff training, and ensure safety and sanitation standards on every shift.

Qualifications

• Five years of restaurant experience required, including at least two years running a restaurant as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• Manager, alcohol serving, and sexual harassment prevention certifications required, and all can be obtained during training.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and hold all restaurant staff accountable, including the Assistant General Manager and Floor Managers.
• Drive results against the restaurant's key metrics and own staff training and development.
• Ensure operations, safety, and sanitation standards are met on every shift.
