Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching staff, creating efficient schedules, overseeing delivery and service, monitoring costs and sales, and maintaining safety and records. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management or supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and cost control.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform essential duties with accommodations as needed.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and assistant managers.
• Create schedules that support business needs and control labor costs.
• Oversee food preparation, order accuracy, delivery operations, and customer service.
• Monitor sales, food costs, labor, and store profitability.
• Manage inventory, product ordering, and waste.
• Maintain cash handling, deposits, and store records.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and applicable employment requirements.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and properly functioning equipment.
• Lead by example and build a positive, accountable team.
