Crumbl Cookies Holbrook is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations, drive a fast, friendly customer experience, and ensure top-quality cookies. You will train crew, manage scheduling, and maintain cleanliness while coordinating with owners and vendors.

The role emphasizes teamwork, growth, and a business-minded mindset, with competitive compensation including up to $87,000 plus bonuses and a 90-day training period.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in restaurant/food industry management.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• ServSafe Food Handlers Certification preferred; we will pay for certification.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of all operational aspects.
• Training all roles including bakers, shift leads, and delivery drivers.
• Knowing your team well enough to identify employees who may want training to advance.
• Maintaining set standards such as cleanliness and quality control.
• Creating work schedules and addressing any schedule gaps.
• Tracking sales and calculating healthy labor cost.
• Managing new applications, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
• Sharing and enforcing state and corporate policies and rules.
• Addressing and documenting employee disputes and infractions.
• Interacting with customers and resolving service issues.
• Stepping into various roles when the store needs help.
