Job summary

Crumbl Cookies is seeking a General Manager to lead one bakery location, manage staffing, production, inventory, and guest experiences. You will guide a 15-35 person team and drive financial performance while upholding Crumbl’s fast-paced, guest-centric culture.

Eligible candidates bring 1–3 years of management in food service, have strong people skills, and a track record of achieving targets. Sundays off and a performance-based bonus structure are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of management experience in food and beverage, quick-service restaurants, or bakery settings.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and develop talent.
• Strong financial management skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Hands-on leadership with strong communication and organizational abilities.
• ServeSafe Ohio Manager Level II certification (or ability to obtain).
• Familiarity with scheduling, inventory, and POS systems like WhenIWork, Workstream, and Slack is a plus.
