You will oversee operations, drive sales and profitability, manage food safety, staffing, and training, while upholding Domino's brand standards and delivering Best in Class service.

Qualifications

• Prior management or similar experience required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred.
• Valid driver
• License required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Able to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, & conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and drive results including cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, and store cleanliness.
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff team members.
• Manage food safety and team member safety.
• Provide best in class customer service.
