Domino's Pizza is seeking a General Manager for our Team BAM! store to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and coach a frontline team. The GM will own store performance, control costs, and ensure health and safety while delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit and develop staff, manage inventory, food quality, and image standards, and advocate best-in-class service. The role offers advancement opportunities and competitive compensation with bonus potential.

Formación

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
• Customer Service experience (required)
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
