You will oversee scheduling, deposits, payroll, and audits, while coordinating with kitchen, guest service, and people departments to meet performance targets.

The ideal candidate has McDonald’s or quick-service managerial experience, bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus, and the role requires 45-48 hours per week,

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus and enhances guest and team communication.
• Strong computer and basic software skills used for scheduling, payroll and reporting.
• McDonald’s managerial or quick-service leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and profitability while following the franchisee's business plan.
• Produce manager schedules, requests/punches, and approvals.
• Submit daily/weekly deposits, payroll, and audits with accuracy.
• Collaborate with Kitchen Dept Manager on food safety, inventory, and ordering.
• Monitor kitchen operations, parameters, and guest service metrics.
• Lead training, promotions, and team development; manage turnover and scheduling.
