• Coach and develop managers and crew for success.
• Conduct food safety checks, inventory audits, and cash handling.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through strong hospitality leadership.
• McDonald’s or QSR management experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Authorized to work in the U.S., with reliable transportation and background check.
• 45–48 hours/week
