Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required.
• General Manager or leadership experience in QSR or fast casual preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Experience managing staffing, labor, inventory, and financial performance.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and lead by example.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficient and successful execution.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop restaurant team members and leaders.
• Create a positive, accountable, and guest-focused culture.
• Drive restaurant performance through labor management, scheduling, inventory, and cost controls.
• Ensure food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and hospitality standards are consistently met.
• Monitor sales, profitability, and operational metrics to achieve business goals.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
• Address guest concerns professionally and create positive customer experiences.
• Support employee engagement, retention, and ongoing development.
