Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in two-sided marketplaces, B2B platforms or transaction-driven business.
• Strong business development with enterprise or industrial counterparties.
• Product management experience coordinating with engineers to ship features.
• P&L ownership or revenue accountability; founder/GM experience a plus.
• Experience in industrial equipment, energy, construction, logistics or similar sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Anza Exchange strategy, growth, product and P&L.
• Set product roadmap and ship features with the engineering team.
• Build and grow a two-sided marketplace with sales and partnerships.
• Recruit, coach and expand the exchange team as the business scales.
• Report performance and investment needs to the CEO and executive team.
