Cafe Zupas is seeking a General Manager (Operating Partner) to lead daily restaurant operations and develop a high-performing team. You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure smooth shifts, and embody Café Zupas’ service standards in a fast-paced setting.

The role offers a yearly European incentive trip for two, no Sundays, and a strong benefits package including a $25k average bonus plan and 401K. If you are energetic, proactive, and customer-focused, join our growing team.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
• Available to work a five day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.
• Detail-oriented, growth minded, and a self-starter.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Develop team members by providing direction and feedback.
