Daily Provisions in New York is seeking a General Manager to drive operational excellence and guest hospitality across all-day cafe operations. You will lead a high-performing team, align with kitchen and support departments, and champion Enlightened Hospitality.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership in a similar setting, knowledge of restaurant-management systems, and strong business acumen. English fluency is essential; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a similar establishment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Proficient knowledge of systems and processes in restaurant management.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• English fluency and Spanish knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver Enlightened Hospitality to guests and team members.
• Lead all team members to deliver memorable hospitality and achieve business goals.
• Collaborate with management to monitor guest feedback and improve the guest experience.
• Provide coaching to the team and foster pathways for growth and development.
• Partner with kitchen management to align on goals and initiatives.
• Support rollouts, training, and communication of company-wide initiatives.
• Build an infrastructure for operational excellence with clear roles and resources.
