Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years full service restaurant experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant General Manager level.
• Strong standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Bi-lingual preferred.
• Knowledge of local alcohol enforcement where applicable.
• Flexibility to work a 24‑hour operation including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and energize the team while responsible for total operation and financial performance of the restaurant.
• Analyze profit and loss, build sales, hire and train management and hourly team members.
• Ensure daily execution of safety/sanitation protocols, quality food preparation, and exceptional guest service.
• Develop and communicate a departmental strategy aligned with brand and property objectives.
• Oversee budget, controls, and payroll; partner with Marketing on a restaurant plan.
