Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Chesapeake seeks a General Manager to run every part of the store: lead the team, set the bar for customer service, and ensure every pizza meets our quality standards.

You’ll hire and train staff, schedule and order inventory, resolve customer concerns, and uphold brand policies. After a year you may pursue franchise ownership or move into Trainer or Regional Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Restaurant experience preferred; management experience a plus
• Organized, motivating and steady in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift

Our General Managers are the backbone of our business. You'll run every part of your store: leading the team, setting the bar for customer service and making sure every pizza is one we're proud of.

What You'll Earn

• $55,000 base salary
• Bonuses and incentives on top, tied to your store's results and profitability

Schedule

You'll work weekends and at least 5 closing shifts a week, including Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This is required.

Room to grow

After a year of successfully running a Two Sisters Pizza store, you can apply for franchise ownership. Prefer the corporate side? You can also move into Trainer or Regional Manager roles.
