Domino's is seeking a General Manager to run a Domino's Pizza store, overseeing every aspect from staffing to inventory and quality control. You’ll lead the team, maintain high customer service standards, and ensure every pizza meets our quality expectations.

Bonuses and incentives are available on top of the base pay, tied to store results and profitability. The role requires weekend work and at least five closing shifts weekly, with growth into ownership or trainer/Regional roles over time.

Qualifications

• 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Organized, motivating and steady in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift

What you'll earn

Room to grow

After a year of successfully running a Two Sisters Pizza store, you can apply for franchise ownership. Prefer the corporate side? You can also move into Trainer or Regional Manager roles.
