Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Virginia Beach is seeking a General Manager to run every part of the store: lead the team, uphold customer service standards, and ensure every pizza meets our quality expectations.

You will train and develop staff, build schedules, place food orders, manage inventory, and maintain a sharp, professional team while delivering fast, friendly service that supports store profitability. Weekend and closing shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environments preferred

Our General Managers are the backbone of our business. You'll run every part of your store: leading the team, setting the bar for customer service and making sure every pizza is one we're proud of.

What you'll earn

Bonuses and incentives on top, tied to your store's results and profitability

Schedule

You’ll work weekends and at least 5 closing shifts a week, including Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This is required.

Room to grow

After a year of successfully running a Two Sisters Pizza store, you can apply for franchise ownership. Prefer the corporate side? You can also move into Trainer or Regional Manager roles.
