Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking a General Manager in Virginia Beach to lead store operations, develop the team, maintain quality and deliver stellar customer service. You will oversee scheduling, ordering, inventory and safety while driving store results.

You will manage a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with growth opportunities into franchise ownership or regional roles as you demonstrate success.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience preferred; management experience is a plus.
• Organized, motivating and steady in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift.
• 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

Our General Managers are the backbone of our business. You'll run every part of your store: leading the team, setting the bar for customer service and making sure every pizza is one we're proud of.

What You'll Earn

• $55,000 base salary
• Bonuses and incentives on top, tied to your store's results and profitability

Schedule

You'll work weekends and at least 5 closing shifts a week, including Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This is required.

Room to grow

After a year of successfully running a Two Sisters Pizza store, you can apply for franchise ownership. Prefer the corporate side? You can also move into Trainer or Regional Manager roles.
