Brewing Brand is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead within our Dunkin’ network. You’ll oversee daily restaurant operations, motivate a team, and deliver guest experiences while upholding Dunkin’ standards.

This role emphasizes early shifts, consistent hours, and work-life balance with growth opportunities. You’ll manage budgets, staffing, training, and safety in a fast-paced cafe setting, driving profitability without burnout.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience in a restaurant, quick‑service restaurant (QSR), or convenience store environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory management tools.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.
• College Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with Dunkin standards and policies.
• Lead team meetings and deliver training to restaurant staff.
• Maintain brand standards, recipes and systems.
• Create a guest-focused culture and review customer feedback to drive improvement.
• Coordinate inventory, scheduling, and vendor orders as needed.
• Ensure safe, sanitary and compliant operations.
