Job summary

Brewing Brand, a Dunkin’ franchisee, is seeking a driven General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations. You will motivate a team, uphold Dunkin’ standards, and deliver guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes early shifts, consistent hours, training, and accountability for store performance within a franchise framework. Candidates should have prior QSR or convenience store management experience.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience in a restaurant, quick-service restaurant (QSR), or convenience store environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory management tools.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.
• College Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings and deliver training to restaurant team members.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Create and maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant.
• Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement.
• Communicate restaurant priorities, goals and results to team members.
• Execute new product rollouts including training, marketing and sampling.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment and comply with laws.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Manage inventory and weekly labor schedules.
