Job summary

Bagel Brands is hiring a General Manager for Einstein Bros. Bagels in Orlando, FL. You will oversee all store operations with a hands-on approach and aim for an exceptional customer experience during a 6am–2pm schedule.

Expect 1–3 years GM/AGM restaurant experience, P&L and labor targets focus, and strong team leadership. Five weeks of training are provided to get you started and drive performance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years GM/AGM experience in a restaurant setting.
• Ability to analyze P&L and labor targets.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store with a hands-on leadership style.
• Ensure audit readiness, catering/mobile/in-store orders are executed.
• Lead scheduling, inventory, deposits, and daily close before dinner.
• Hire, train, and develop internal talent for growth.
• Recruit quality team members and develop internal talent.
