Job summary

IHOP Napa is seeking an energetic General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, sales growth, and a positive culture in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You’ll hire, train, and mentor staff; manage budgets; control costs; and build vendor and community relationships to ensure profitable, smooth operations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a hands-on approach to problem solving, with a focus on delivering

• Previous management experience (restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial performance.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• A degree in Business or related field is a plus, but not required.
