Job summary

Jiffy Lube International, Inc. in Kennewick, WA is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, supervise teammates, and drive guest satisfaction. You will oversee training, attendance, safety, and uniform standards, and may conduct safety and policy meetings to ensure a smooth, compliant operation.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and sales performance while managing inventory, maintenance, and POS systems, delivering growth and leadership across the team.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and supervision of store staff.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting and P/L understanding.
• Strong guest service mindset and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt guest service, resolve issues and complaints.
• Oversee inventory, ordering and cost of goods; manage profits.
• Budgeting, sales forecasts and P/L performance for the store.
• Maintain building, equipment, and safety compliance.
• Supervise training, scheduling, coaching and performance reviews.
• Lead staff meetings, open-doors communication, and discipline when needed.
• Ensure cash controls, loss-prevention adherence, and staffing plans.
• Coordinate safety and policy meetings and store open/close procedures.
