U.S. Bank is seeking a General Manager to lead the Debit Card Products portfolio with full P&L accountability, shaping strategy and delivering a best-in-class offering.

You will collaborate with Product, Relationship and Technology teams to grow client relationships, drive digital-first experiences, and align with risk and return targets.

This senior role reports to the Proprietary Products head and shapes multi-year plans across loyalty, onboarding, and wallet share.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience managing large scale consumer financial products with full P&L accountability.
• Proven track record of building and transforming product portfolios at scale.
• Deep expertise in customer centric product design, digital experiences, and lifecycle management.
• Strong business judgment balancing growth, risk, and return objectives.

Responsibilities

• Full Portfolio & P&L ownership for the Debit Portfolio including bank branded, affinity and sponsorship products.
• Lead design and execution of next generation debit card product/value proposition.
• Drive onboarding experiences and digital-first customer journeys to increase wallet share.
• Collaborate with leadership to enable scalable, integrated product platforms and servicing.
