Qualifications

• 8+ years guiding, strategy deployment, operations, business management, sales or program management.
• Demonstrated start-up or new business venture experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new product strategies, roadmaps, go-to-market strategies and product improvements.
• Drive breakthroughs and new product introductions across lines for commercialization and execution.
• Deliver revenue growth, margin expansion, cost control and timely market commitments.
• Lead strategy execution: cost/pricing optimization, segmentation, channel management and investments.
• Create business cases for launches and translate Voice of Customer to market requirements.
• Build out global sales and business development aligned to growth targets.
• Develop sourcing and supply chain strategies for NPI and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with ISC/Sourcing for supplier negotiations and performance.
• Lead operating systems to milestones, metrics, and risk mitigation with customer engagement.
• Establish executive relationships with key customers and suppliers.
