The General Manager runs a business unit, reporting to the COO with a $6M+ P&L, leading 8–15 people across 2–4 teams and owning customer relationships in Colorado. You will set priorities, build the team, and be compensated on what your unit delivers.

• Experience leading P&L with multi-team scope.
• Background in custom cabinetry or manufacturing.
• Ability to implement Lean and EOS principles.

Responsabilidades

• Own the P&L and make operating decisions that impact margin and cost.
• Lead project managers, project coordinators, and installation personnel.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships across Colorado, from large estates to homeowners.
• Drive process improvement and redesign workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
• Handle escalation and resolution of project issues with decisive judgment.
