Job summary

Tharp Custom Cabinetry seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a team and deliver projects on time and within budget. You will work with internal and external customers, develop schedules, and oversee the entire construction process to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 5 years in project/construction management, with strong communication and organizational skills. Competitive wages and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of direct project management or construction management experience.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and relevant documentation; CAD experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, milestones, and critical path from field measure through closeout.
• Develop full-scale project plans and communicate expectations to stakeholders and management.
• Maintain active presence on site and communicate constraints to departments.
• Manage scope changes, identify risks, and implement contingency actions.
• Delegate tasks, set deadlines, and ensure timely, quality results.
