Job summary

Tharp Custom Cabinetry is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate cabinetry construction projects in Colorado. You will work with internal teams and external customers to meet goals, develop schedules, and manage the project from start to finish with emphasis on quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of PM/CM experience, strong communication, and ability to read architectural drawings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of project management or construction management experience.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings and company documentation.
  • CAD/Engineering tools experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong planning and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, milestones, and critical path from field measure through close-out.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and communicate expectations to stakeholders.
  • Maintain an on-site presence and relay constraints and changes to stakeholders.
  • Manage scope changes and escalations with corrective action plans.
  • Delegate tasks, set deadlines, and follow up for quality results.
  • Deliver progress reports, proposals, and service information to stakeholders.
  • Lead the project team and contractors to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Coach and supervise team members and contractors as needed.
  • Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
