Heartwood Custom Woodworks in Eagle, Colorado, is seeking a General Manager to replace our outgoing GM and oversee daily operations across the business. Heartwood Custom Woodworks has provided custom cabinetry and millwork to the Vail and Aspen markets for 35 years. Our work is primarily high-end residential, with clients including home-builders and architects, and occasionally homeowners on smaller projects. Heartwood is an end-to-end operation, covering design/engineering, production (15,000 sq ft facility), and finishing in-house.

16 employees, ~$2.5M annual revenue. A General Manager here needs to understand and coordinate across design/engineering, production, and finishing.
