Job summary

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® is seeking a General Manager in Peoria, AZ to lead one store with passion for premium coffee and tea. You will drive profitability, guest satisfaction, and team engagement while delivering world-class service and a strong local presence.

As a caretaking leader, you will mentor staff, optimize daily operations, and ensure safety, quality, and consistency across all shifts. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership and community engagement.

Qualifications

Experience driving store profitability and operations.
Ability to coach and mentor staff across roles.

Responsibilities

Lead by example and drive profitability, service, performance, and operational excellence through coaching and training.
Be a coffee & tea expert; share knowledge with team and guests to deliver a Total Quality Experience.
Generate new guests and strengthen local connections to grow store traffic.
Maintain safety and health standards for employees and guests as a top priority.
Manage store day-to-day operations, sales tracking, and risk management to support growth.
Oversee visual merchandising and product placement to create memorable experiences.
Act as CBTL advocate, engaging with the local community to attract talent.
