Job summary

ModWash is seeking a General Manager who serves as the CEO of their site, owning P&L, labor, revenue, guest satisfaction, and profitability. This leader hires, trains, and develops attendants and supervisors, shapes site culture, and makes real time decisions within company guardrails.

You will be the face of ModWash in the community, ensure safety, manage maintenance and inventory, and drive membership growth and guest experience daily.
